    1.1 The website Pinasmile Homes (the Site) is operated by John Sajuela (“we”, “us”, “our”) referred to as PSH, a licensed real estate broker under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office address at 14th floor Two Ecom Bldg, Harbor St. Pasay City, Philippines.
    1.2 We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with our Data Privacy and Protection obligations under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), other issuances of National Privacy Commission and other relevant laws of the Philippines.
